What are the odds of getting pregnant?

I used spermicide condoms my gf used spermicide, and she's on the pill. The medicine she was taking for her being sick messed it up so she started too take it again and couple weeks later she feels sick too her stomach and a couple weeks ago she had her period..... We only had maybe 2-3 times..... In the Detroit area it's been around 90-98 degrees could it be the heat? Cause teachnically the sperm has 4 barriers too gothrough..... Pill, 2 spermicides and a condom what are the odds?
