Out of control toddler... please HELP?

No wonder he does that...you are beating him! Use less cruel punishments like a time-out or something, but never ever beat a child. Why would you use a belt on a 4 year old? And duh he hides, he doesn't want to be beaten! Sorry but really? Be nice to him, and he will be nice back!
