I have an idea, what do you think?

Since liberals want universal health care, lets test it in NYC and a few other ultra left toilets like Detroit, Chicago and East St Louis. If after 4 years it is proven to save money and work 100% I will not fight taking it nation wide, but no waivers for anyone. Either we all get it or kill it.
