Any good housing available?

I'm trying to move to a low cost apartment or rental property. I need two bedrooms rooms minimum. Know of any places in the Dearborn/Detroit area or close by surrounding areas. I'm looking near Henry ford community college. i need the areas to be safe for my daughter to grow in. Also, information on any program, government or not, that can ist a single mom with moving or paying bills.
