How messed up is this?

So I was talking to this girl who I like a lot and plus before I continue excuse my language, but anyways she was going on and on today about all the problems she's having with her boyfriend and how he's an a hole and always in a bitchy mood or attitude, then she tells me how she has feelings for me and flirts with me quite a lot, then she tells me if I can do her a favor and I was like sure, and she was like can you kiss me tomorrow, and I was like sure why not since I like her, so then she tells me how we should go out like boyfriend and girlfriend cuz she says they just broke up, and I was pretty happy because she was telling me how she wants to kiss me and hook up with me during spring break... Ok here's the fked up part now so then later she tells me that she's back with her boyfriend and I saw writing Ily<3 on his facebook wall. And she tells me she's sorry, how fked up is that like she shouldve told me it was inconsistant and that there was a possibility in getting back with me instead of talking to me about all this bs, how messed up do you guys think this is? she just crushed my heart :'(
