Is this girl using me?

Ok so this girl lives in Ga I'm in Ca,we started talking one day cuz I used to live their and be friends with her.And we decide to go to FL as friends to see eachother.Well while were at FL a day later we start dating and we've done stuff and I bought her alot of stuff.Then when she has to go back we tell eachother we can try to work it out,then 4 days later she says shes grounded for 2 months and breaks up with me cuz we can't talk but she says she still loves me etc...then a week later she calls me and tells me she needs 200$ for extensions,so I say ok I'll try and she's say ily etc...So is she like just using me to get stuff or do u think she really does love me?:( We had sum good moments in FL
