Do you think Mac Miller is a good rapper?

Personally I can't stand him. I just tried listening to "Donald Trump" and half of the lyrics didn't make sense. To me he seems to just be a white Lil Wayne; he just spits random verses that are off topic. He also kind of looks like a tool. Everyone at my high school listens to like three songs of his and say he's awesome but I just think he's terrible. I've also seen how he dresses and he looks like he's in 6th grade or something, but honestly I just can't stand people who dress like that acting all gangster and everything. Don't call me racist either because I'm white.
