What was the old school song with american cities being said and stand up after them?

There was a song back in the mid 2000's which ended with american cities being called out then stand up being said at the end. For example.. "New Orleans stand up.. Detroit stand up" and I'm reaaaally tryna figure out which song it was. I think it was done by a male and a female RnB singer but my memory evades me. HELP!
