Does this boy actually like me? help!!?

so, what happend is that i have mutual friends on facebook with him (were 16) and we didnt know how were friends on fb and he just randomly chatted me and he was like ily i thought it was weird and i was just like ehh illll play around but whatever then i told him to call me (dont ask) & that night we ended up talking on the phone for 7 hours till 7 am then the next day we ttxed a lot and blaah and ever since we've been talking on the phone for more then 2 hours. he says he likes me and soo many cute things like youre perfect i hate guys that are doughes to girs youre perfect and skinny and i would never hurt you, (it wasnt random) but anyways i dont trust guys bc a lot told me they liked me then ended up hiding a gf or liking someone else & when i told him that im scared hes like that he started saying how he would never and etc and cute things ( and i know forsure hes not 'liking me' just to get in my pantss) and tomorrow hes coming to my school bc he has one cl at my school 30 min after my schools over to meet me(ill wait to see him) then hes heading off to his cl (we dont go to the same school) do you guy think he does sorry its 4 am here i prob misspelled things or didnt make sence dont be rude thankss (:
