He said I love you way too soon?!?

Were in middle school, have known eachother three weeks and haven't even been datin a whole week! But I said I love you too bevause well I didn't know what I could say that wouldn't hurt his feeling (we were on the phone). Idk what to do because there's no way he can love me when he barely knows anything about me and I barely know him too. I think ily is something really special and should e treated like it, not something to take lightly. I believe in live at our age, but not this early in a relationship. After I said it, I almost burst into tears instead of being super happy like I should have been. I'm not ready for love yet, he's my first boyfriend but I don't want to say anything to him...what should I do?????
