No and No. It does you no good in the car. Sometimes you have to leave the zoo to the animals. Just saw it on the news a young security officer was gunned down while on the job. Gangs and drug dealers got tired of him interfering with their business so they killed him, very sad. If CCW's were handed out in Los Angeles there would be gun fights in the streets on a regular basis and cops would be afraid to respond to a shooting call. They will not ever p out CCW's to the mes.
