Would detroit trade up in nhl draft.?

I was thinking about how the red wings are going to be looking to get younger as well as trying to possibly dump some players to open up even more cap space. I read a report that said the oilers would be willing to trade the number one overall pick away. My initial thought would be to look into trading our number 1 pick as well as possibly 1 or 2 more picks either this year or over the next two years. Plus throw in Jiri Hudler due to the fact that the oilers have cap space and are looking for a center. Does anyone else have any thoughts like this.
