What should I do?Please help?

My fa ily been robbed many time from car break in to stolen bikes and lawmores .when my family first mover here we had a white truck wig a DVD and a tv in it so we cod watch tv in it . When we went to mexico on a other truck when we came back we found out some one broke the back window to the truck and stole the tv .1 year after they stole my bike from our garage and tried to steal our lawn morer .2 year after they broke the window to a new truck we bought trying to steal what was inside but we didn't have any thing in it .we are sick of being robbed what do we do ?we think we know who it is .we think it are nabers becouse my family seen them smoking weed or some think one time .so we think they steal are things so they can get money to buy drugs .we have other prufe that they deal/buy drugs .there aways people going and leaving the house there aways new people and every day there new people staying there away different race and they don't look like family .I seen kid there too. What do I do .do I have enough to call the police and them that (we are thinking of buying camras ) do we have enough so the police start investigate please tell me
