What should I do I saw my friend naked?

I came over to his house to see if he wanted to play basketball the door was wide open only the gl door was closed so when I rang the door bell I saw inside he was standing there naked he looked like he may have been I turned around I'm not sure if he saw me I think he did though what do I do?
