Should I have hugged this girl?

ok..so ive only seen her once before prior to this dinner. last time it was a huge group thing and i didnt talk to her. today it was just me, my bf, his other friend and her at dinner. afterwards, we were saying goodbye and just standing sort of weird...i think she expected me to hug her, wasnt sure. what do you think?
