Is the reality tv show 'Hardcore Pawn' racist?

There is a show on True tv called 'Hardcore Pawn' about a pawnshop in Detroit. I think the show is racist, as it depicts black people as rude, hostile, ignorant and inarticulate. How is it that a show that clearly has an agenda against black people is not taken off the air?
