Can i get my teacher in trouble for this?

Actually, if anyone were to get in trouble (in addition to you and Emily for smoking) it would probably be the principal. In some districts teachers are not allowed to call ambulances. This is due to the fact that if it turns out not to be serious, the family may still have to pay for the ambulance.
